Eligibility for Refunds Custom Cakes & Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom cakes, refunds are not typically offered. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the cake. We may offer a partial refund or a rework based on the situation. Standard Cakes & Baked Goods: If your cake or pastry is damaged, stale, or does not meet expectations, notify us within 2 days of purchase. We will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the issue. Products & Accessories (e.g., cake toppers, candles, packaging): Unused and unopened products can be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests. 2. Refunds for cakes and baked goods will be processed within 7 business days and issued as a store credit or refund to the original payment method. Products and accessories must be returned in original condition before a refund is issued. 3. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee or be eligible for a partial refund. 4.
